Will I be contacted for the scheduling of my Service?
Upon scheduling, we are unable to choose the time frame of service; we ask that you keep the day of service open. The day prior, you will receive an automated call providing you with a four-hour time frame. What if I need to reschedule my Service date?
If you need to reschedule your service, you can reschedule by reaching out to our service team. There is a $50.00 rescheduling fee for cancellations made within forty-eight hours. WILL I RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT Service IS ON THE WAY?
You will receive an automated call that will be sent one stop ahead to let you know service is on the way. Please note, they may be in your neighborhood or miles away when they call. |
