Will I be contacted for the scheduling of my delivery?
Upon the arrival of your furniture, your sales consultant will call and schedule a delivery date with you. Balances are to be paid before scheduling delivery. Upon scheduling we are unable to choose the time frame of delivery; we ask that you keep the day of delivery open. The day prior to your delivery you will receive an automated call providing you with a four-hour time frame for delivery. What if I need to reschedule my delivery date?
If you need to postpone your delivery, you can reschedule by reaching out to your sales associate. There is a $50.00 rescheduling fee for cancellations made within forty-eight hours of delivery. Will you move my existing furniture?
Delivery drivers will move existing furniture, “piece for piece” (i.e., sofa for sofa) to another room, garage, or to the curb on the first floor. They are unable to haul old furniture away or move existing pieces up or down stairs. Our drivers are also not responsible for moving any existing electronics or cables from media centers or consoles, or for replacing electronics in new furniture. Is there anything I need to do to prepare for delivery day?
Make room for your new pieces! We ask that you clear the path from place of entry to point of placement. If you ordered an entertainment unit, please have any electronic items from your current unit removed and set aside. Prior to delivery, we ask that you provide your sales consultant with any gate codes, delivery restrictions, and pertinent information. If you live in a gated community and/or building, please provide the delivery date to the security guard and let them know our drivers will be coming by. If you live in an apartment, we ask that you reserve elevators for delivery day. Will I receive notification that my delivery is on the way?
You will receive an automated call that will be sent one stop ahead to let you know the drivers are on the way. Please note, they may be in your neighborhood or miles away when they call. What is included with the delivery service?
